Continuing your access to good quality research

Your time at the University of Bradford may have come to an end but this does not mean you no longer have access to good quality research.

Licensing restrictions mean access to the University’s subscribed databases is only available to current students. However, there is still plenty of research out there for you.

Open Access publishing is becoming increasingly popular meaning journals are not all locked behind a paywall. Good places to start are OAIster (www.oclc.org/en/oaister.html) or OpenDOAR (v2.sherpa.ac.uk/opendoar) University of Bradford research is published in Bradford Scholars (bradscholars.brad.ac.uk). RePEc (repec.org) is an economics and management platform for OA publishing.

Links to many more freely-available research and data sources can be found in the alumni pages of the library website.
