Assignments, lectures, tutorials, work, sports, keeping up with family and friends, exams, more assignments… it’s no wonder that finding the time to do a job application can be tricky. Luckily, the world of job hunting and developing your career has realised this. There’s now a wide range of apps designed to help you find employment and develop your CVs, productivity and organisation while you are on the go.
The Muse have helpfully compiled a long list of 70 of the best apps for this purpose. We particularly like the sound of Job Interview Q&A, which helps you practice interviews, Jibber Jobber, to help you keep track or your applications, and Job Aware, for job alerts in your area on-the-go. We’re also very intrigued by Poacht, which claims to be a “Tinder for job hunting on the go” – is this the future of job hunting?
But of course, the best app is University of Bradford’s very own on-the-go way of keeping in touch with students! Through the UoB app, you can stay in touch with the Careers Service and other departments and services on the move. Download it for free and keep in touch.
