Many people find┬áthat being creative helps improve their mental health and wellbeing. Whether it’s knitting, colouring books, poetry or movement….a new idea, a joke, or a song! Creativity means different things to different people. It can help you connect with yourself or the world, or distract yourself from what’s going on. It can be fun or freeing! Creativity isn’t about ‘getting it right’ but having a go. here’s an article about creativity as a wellness practice.
