Find yourself often caught up in thoughts? Struggling to sleep? Stressed? Anxious?

Mindfulness can help calm the mind, help you to focus and concentrate better, help you set aside your worries and gain more perspective. These sessions will introduce you to what mindfulness is as well as teaching you mindfulness techniques that you can use on your own.
