The University of Bradford’s Gallery II blog is now up and running! Gallery II would like to apologise for the lack of a blog up until this point, but because of a few technical hitches and being so busy preparing shows, we’ve been unable to find space in our busy schedule to spend enough time working on it. But that’s all about to change.
The team has been working extra hard to get the current exhibition off the ground, and a deluge of posts will follow that will document the run up and launch of ‘Paula Rego – New Etchings’, as well as the general goings on of an art gallery, and any other bits and pieces we feel like telling the world.
We’ll also be using the blog as the first place for breaking news before it’s published on the website, with information on any upcoming events and new exhibitions, an even sharing some interviews with artists/authors/curators.
But until then, thanks for having patience and bearing with us, and feel free to come down and see ‘Paula Rego – New Etchings’, open Mon – Fri 11am – 5pm and Tues ‘til 6pm. (We’ve also got a great selection of books for sale on Rego, and a few discounted copies of ‘Printmakng: A Contemporary Perspective’ by Professor Paul Coldwell remaining from the launch night).
Remember to keep checking back regularly, and we hope to see you soon!
