Anatomage & iStan
The open events seem to have been a real success so far, with staff from all areas, not only in Life Sciences but also Health Studies and SCIM, dropping in to have a look at the equipment and to discuss how it could be used in their subject areas. There have been lots of fantastic ideas brought forward, and I hope we can get some of these put into practice in the near future!
As requested by some of the attendees, the user guides for both iStan and Anatomage (as well as the pre-programmed iStan scenarios) have been made available on the shared H:// drive in the “Simulation” folder, and I can forward copies to colleagues who cannot access the H:// drive should they wish to view them.
Further Open Events will be taking place next week on Wednesday 28th and Friday 30th August (10:30am-1:30pm both days) – please feel free to drop in!
I have provisionally arranged for a training session on the Anatomage table for Friday September 6th (approx. 10am-3pm). Please contact me ASAP if you would like to attend this training session.
