“Geek Week” is a University-wide chance to “get excited about technology!” and is running from 10-16th February.
There are displays and talks by numerous tech companies, including Microsoft, and demonstrations of cutting edge equipment in the School of Life Sciences and the School of Engineering.
The new Simulation Lecture Theatre will be hosting an Anatomage demonstration at 11:00 and 13:00 on 10th February, so please feel free to drop in and have a look at the facilities!

ANATOMAGE AND iSTAN DROP-IN SESSIONS
The informal “drop-in” sessions are proving very popular for students from across all areas of Life Sciences, and will continue to run throughout the semester.
If you find that none of the scheduled sessions suit your timetable, please e-mail me directly (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com), and I will arrange a session at a mutually convenient time.
Pharmacy and BMS Applicant Visit Days – Wednesday 12th February
The Simulation Lecture Theatre will be taking part in the tours for prospective students and their parents this week, demonstrating the new developments and how we are successfully integrating simulation in to teaching across these programmes 🙂
Looking forward to seeing you!
