About this time of year when the weather gets cold and the nights get dark there is always (at least) one thing to look forward to in the Web Calendar – and that is T44U. Not only do we get to go on a plane and visit the lovely city that is Dublin but we get to meet up with many members of the HE Web Community and the guys from TerminalFour and, of course, we find out about everything new and forthcoming in SiteManager.
This year is particularly exciting as the latest version of SiteManager will be revealed – version 8. We’re looking forward to finding out what new features the CMS will have (fingers crossed for the Form Builder tool) and how we can make the most of them here in the Web Team for the benefit of the web community and our websites.
We head off on Wednesday 20 November so we will feed back to everyone when we get back.
If you have any questions that you would like us to ask the TerminalFour team just let us know – web-team@bradford.ac.uk
Doing a wee spot of research on T44U and the kind of folks that attend. I’ll be there for Thursday evening and Friday. Hope to see you there. As someone from a university (University of Ulster), I’d be interested to discuss what benefits TerminalFour offers in general and for universities in particular.
