The Web Team is based within Marketing.
The Team manages the University’s Web Content Management System (TerminalFour’s Site Manager) and the main University websites, and ensures that the University’s web presence is accessible, usable, and informative to all users.
The Team works across the whole University and helps support those areas who have their own web support as well as those areas that don’t.
Meet the Web Team
Paddy Callaghan, Senior Web & Digital Developer
My role involves anything web – from front-end UX and databases, to integration with external systems, to speaking at events, to offering advice. You’ll always find me willing to get involved.
I have a wide range of skills and languages from many years working in agencies that has allowed me to bring a fresh approach to working in HE.
I also maintain and support our CMS Terminalfour and its users by developing the core tools for our websites and the wider web.
Anna Laurika, Digital Officer
I joined the University of Bradford’s web team in September 2014, just two months after graduating.
I build and maintain the University’s websites by making constant improvements to the code, design and content. Everything I build is responsive, accessible, uses clean and semantic code and follows the University’s brand guidelines.
My role also includes supporting the University’s web community by providing technical advice to CMS users and dealing with dozens of web requests every day.
Katie Hall, Web Content Editor
I have recently joined the University of Bradford’s web team after many years of working as a reporter and newsreader.
I create, develop and maintain digital content for our main University websites and provide content support to our Web Community.
When not at my desk or running around campus with a camera, I can be found running after my kittens with a camera.
