Paid work experience

One of the best things about the Paramedic Science course at Bradford is that it includes a sandwich year in your third year, where you get to do a work placement with the Yorkshire Ambulance Service.

This is a full-time paid position where you’ll be working on the front line, putting your existing knowledge to the test and building on it as you encounter real medical scenarios.

In fact, in 2019 Sovereign Health Care donated over £35,000 to the University for the purchase of new training equipment which included adult and child resuscitation manikins and monitors.
