
Jaskaran Kaur recently appointed as a Lecturer in Accounting at the University of Bradford School of Management. She has also taken the role of program director for a MSc degree and a part of the blended learning champion team. Jaskaran holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from Brunel University London, MSc. in Investment and Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University. Her research interests primarily focus on corporate governance, CSR, AI and accounting, CEO related issues, such as performance, connections, turnover, lobbying, compensation. She has presented her research at various leading conferences in Accounting and Finance, such as the European Finance Management Association (EFMA), Financial Engineering and Banking Society, Vietnam Symposium in Banking and Finance, British Accounting and Finance Association and published in the International Journal of Finance and Economics (IJFE). Prior to joining the University of Bradford, She has worked as a Teaching Assistant at Brunel University London taught modules related to accounting such as Quantitative methods in Business and Management, Fundamentals of Statistics, and Introduction to Information Technology. Jaskaran’s ambition is to provide excellent delivery, teaching, and course leadership to learners across the program.
